How my journey began

I began my healthcare journey as a CNA, where I first learned the importance of showing up with patience, compassion, and presence during life’s most vulnerable moments. That experience inspired me to become a Registered Nurse, and over the years I’ve grown into leadership roles that deepened both my clinical knowledge and my understanding of the complexities of the healthcare system. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, which has strengthened my ability to help individuals and families understand complex information and navigate difficult decisions with clarity and confidence.

Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to the moments when people feel overwhelmed, unheard, or left to navigate the healthcare system on their own. Those experiences shaped my passion for advocacy and personalized support. I created this business to offer something more personal than large companies or call centers can provide — real guidance, compassionate communication, and someone who is truly willing to go to bat for the people and families I serve.

As a registered nurse, I understand that trust, responsiveness, and clear communication matter just as much as clinical knowledge. My goal is to help clients feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
